The rooms were spacious for our family, but we had separate rooms far apart.

The room was clean and tidy, making it a comfortable spot to crash after a long day. The beds were decent, providing a night of solid sleep despite the surroundings.

Hot water was hit or miss, particularly during peak times, which was frustrating after a long day. There’s also a noise problem—walls are thin enough that you can hear your neighbors, and being near a busy road doesn't help. Room layouts felt cramped, especially when expecting two connected family rooms but instead getting separate ones. Dining at the hotel was disappointing, as options were scarce and often not available, forcing you to venture out or rely on delivery.

Family with children basic experience

Room was clean and tidy everyday! Staff were super helpful. Kind of had to rely on that since there was no food at the hotel. Ordered pizza for dinner, which turned out okay.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for the experience.

Ideally located for Walibi Belgium, clean rooms, friendly staff, and comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable despite a few breakfast queue issues. 😊

Great spot for families!

Super clean room, and the staff were really friendly. The location’s awesome if you’re off to the amusement parks. Just a heads up, the bar prices are kinda steep, but we ordered in some pizza, which worked out fine. Breakfast was basic, just the usual toast and scrambled eggs.

We stayed in a family room for 2 nights. The beds were super comfy, and we had plenty of space for all of us. The room was clean, with new towels when we returned each day. Plus, the shower had excellent pressure and heated up quickly. Just a note, though, the air conditioning could have been better—it struggled a bit to cool down.

great stay but breakfast could improve

The staff was exceptionally friendly, providing a warm welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast options were satisfying, particularly the fresh pastries that energized our mornings. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, making us feel right at home after our long days.
